27th June 2026Movement Mindset Workshop
Too many of us have been left feeling like exercise is not for us by years of bad PE lessons at school, unrealistic body standards, and our own journeys with complex health needs, chronic pain, or simply just trying to meet all of life’s demands from work to childcare.
This workshop has been developed by behaviour change coach Rosie Webster, and Pilates teacher Alex Sanson, to help you build a better relationship with exercise.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to improve their relationship with movement
People who know that some daily movement would help their body, but they still struggle to do it
Anyone who feels nervous about going into traditional exercise spaces like gyms and studios
People who want to reclaim movement as something that is enjoyable in and of itself, not a means to an end.
…specific movements that work for your body, that you can do regularly to improve your health and functioning.
She will listen to your struggles and give you personalised feedback and suggestions for how to move safely and add small bits of intentional movement into your day to day routines.
Alex will provide…
…a clear plan and tools for fitting those movements into your day to day life - so this time, your movement practice actually sticks!
Rosie will help guide you through common challenges and barriers to building a consistent movement practice and assign some time for you to get to share your personal challenges and connect with others in a similar position.
Rosie will provide…
This four hour workshop will combine larger group work, and small focussed groups to troubleshoot specific problems and barriers, be they behavioural or physical.
When and where is it happening?
